Deluge is seeding a torrent that is not showing in the UI.

I have the habit of seeding the same files with multiple torrents/trackers. If you wonder why - this way I'm keeping a good ratio in the private trackers I use without having the files more than once on my HDD.

Two months ago I've added a torrent which files I already had in order to seed it. It seemed to add normally with the "add torrents" dialog box without giving any errors, but when I checked the list of active torrents, it was not there. I've tried to add it a few more times without success and I gave up assuming it was a problem with this particular torrent file, and moved on. Recently I have cleared all the torrents from this tracker and it turns out that I'm still seeding this torrent, even when it is missing from the UI. I've tried the Web UI and it is also not listing in there. The web page of the tracker reports that I am still seeding it. I'm sure that I am the one seeding it because when I close Deluge it is being reflected in the web page of the tracker that I no longer seed this torrent. And when I start Deluge, it is being seeded again. I've tried to add the torrent again, but the result is the same - it is not being listed with the rest of my torrents.

So I wonder, is there a way to manually clear this torrent without resetting Deluges settings and clearing the stats of all the torrents I'm currently seeding? I've checked the dir in AppData, this torrent file is missing from the state folder where all my other listed torrents are being saved. I am assuming that it has to do with the "torrents.fastresume" and "torrents.state" files, but I cannot make sense of them.

Any help will be appreciated.

Edit: I'm sorry I forgot to mention that I was using Deluge 1.3.5 two months ago, and now I'm using 1.3.6. I have recently moved to Windows 8 from Windows 7. I've done all this while keeping Deluge settings.

Is the <infohash>.torrent file in your config state folder
?

No, the <infohash>.torrent for this particular tracker is not in there, but I have two other <infohash>.torrent files with the same content that I'm seeding for another two trackers.

Edit: I think I found what was the problem, the torrent infohash seems to be the same as one of those I already have and instead of adding a new torrent it just adds the tracker to the existing torrent with the same infohash. I guess that is normal behaviour. I should have figured it out sooner, sorry about that. Well thank you for your time.
