Deluge with Italian Fastweb (natted network)

Hi all.
I'm new for Linux world and torrent client too. I install few week ago a Ubuntu distribution.
No problem. Linux is really cool (I've worked whit Unix a lot of years ago)
I've a Fastweb fast adsl. Fastweb is an Italian provider. Fastweb is a nat-ted network no public ip, only internal private ip . Any FW users can be contact any other user internally. No port can be forwaring from router. So with traditional torrent client is it very hard to download or upload with good ratio. Is there any other user with FW or similar network using Deluge? Seems interesting DHT, peer exchange and nat features of Deluge.
Right now in my linux pc ktorrent is running. but seems not very good. high number of seed and leech but only few connection.
uTurrent under Windows seems work fine. kTorrent is worst.
thanks a lot.
