Can i host my own torrent?

Hi,
I want to host my torrent file using public tracker. But i dunno how. Is it possible using deluge torrent?

yes it is.
- go to plugins->enable torrent creator.
- then click the"new torrent" button on the main toolbar.
- choose the file or folder you want to seed.
- choose where to save the .torrent.
- enter in the public tracker's URL.
- enter in any comments or author.
- hit save.
you'll then be able to upload the .torrent to your tracker's site.
