Saving downloads in shared folder

Hi,
I've been using deluge for a few months now. Deluge was my torrent client before on ubuntu. Anyway, I've got this problem.
I'm downloading torrents and once they're done, they're stored in a shared folder I've created. (under settings, completed torrents are automatically moved to this location).
The downloaded files are seen by others who have access to my public shared folder. The problem is that when someone tries to open any of these files, they simply cannot open them because of permission issues. My share folder doesn't have a password and it has read/write access set for everyone.
I tried setting deluge to save on a local folder first, then copy them to my share folder and it works. I just want to do away with moving the files manually.
Any ideas?
Thanks
PS: I'm on Windows 7 x64, Deluge 1.3.6, plugins used : web ui, yarss2
