Seed rank is a kinda confusing. Does a lower seed rank mean that the torrent will seed more often?

Is there a way to reset a torrent's seed rank? There are some torrents that I want to prioritize for seeding.

Would removing the torrent and re-adding it make it a higher priority?

The seed rank is a calculated value based on peer to seed ratio but you can prioritize for seeding by taking the torrent out of auto-managed queue.
