Deluged raspberry pi not communicating

hi guys please help me im really stuck i had deluged set up on my raspberry pi and then it suddenly stopped communicating with my network. i start deluged from the terminal of the pi and in the connections manager the corresponding log ons and ip it does not light up green like it used to. i have even re installed and done all the scripting again but still no luck please help me. thanks.
