strange problem | Downloading not starting

I am trying to download http://alturl.com/xpc23. To verify the issue with lbtorrent lib i also installed qbittorrent in raspberry pi(bcz. qbittorrent also use libtorrent

). In qbittorrent on raspberry pi download start. How i can debug this issue.
