Suggestion: add the option to change gtk theme under windows

hello

ever since i have started using linux with xfce, i always used the xfce-dusk theme.
whenever i use windows on my own machine i always try to set some dark-gray looking theme for windows itself and all possible application.
among other things i also use pidgin, which does not change it's window colors with the os theme, but there is a workaround (https://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/Using% ... _gtk_theme) - after they removed a gtk theme switcher that was included in the gtk installation.
i tried to use the same technique with deluge but i had no success.
is it possible to change the gtk theme for deluge? it does not bother me very much because the window is not always open, but sometimes it is really annoying when everything around it is dark gray.

thanks.

Those pidgin instructions are pretty much the same for Deluge except there is no Gtk subdirectory.
