Not sure what the problem is, when I start up Deluge it will look like it's downloading/uploading, but it soon stops. any ideas?

actually, I tried getting a new torrent and it worked fine... it's just that my torrents i had downloaded before on utorrent that weren't 100% downloaded aren't seeding or downloading.
