Deluge is no longer handling magnet links.

Hi,
I am running Deluge 1.3.6 on Linux Mint Debian edition with Cinnamon. Deluge used to handle magnet links in Chrome, but that is not working anymore. I have pressed the "associate magnet links with Deluge" in the settings, but nothing happens when I click magnet links in Chrome. How can I get this to work like it did?
