"Revive" moved/relocated torrent files

Hi guys,
I have around 2000+ finished torrents that I've relocated after a while, for better organizing, in specific sorted folders.
I am looking for a feature that "relinks" the torrent files to the new location of the torrent on the HDD.
Is this possible with Deluge? Or can it be implemented easily?
With uTorrent/bitTorrent it isn't possible.

if migrating from another machine or client. you need the orginal torrent file. to add the torrent to Deluge. ( I moved from transmission, so I pulled this from it's config directory)
Note: when doing this I disable the auto start on torrent add. this prevents it from downloading again.
if the torrent exists on Delge already then:
right click the torrent select "move storage" and specify the new path
then right click the torrent select "Force recheck" it should scan and come back blue and say 100%
If it doesn't:
you messed up with the path or your rights aren't correct.
In my cause I moved a series to a subfolder, but the first torrent created the subfolder so I had to backup one level. I.E all were \media\data\torrents\movie\series\ the orginal was \media\data\torrents\movie\
I use the "move storage" all the time to drop an new move into my DVD folder, yet still seed it. (no need to force check if your just moving)

I've checked Deluge, and yes, I think that I could write a script to help me out with relinking moved torrents, by matching the folder name, and just changing to the actual path.
This is because it doesn't use the exquisite bencode format.
The problem that I have is that I like utorrent much more. Is it possible to migrate back from deluge to utorrent?
