Debian initscript not working on boot

Hello all,
I have installed the debian initscript, it starts with user 'deluge'. When I issue /etc/init.d/deluge-daemon start the daemon and webui start without problems. When I reboot the computer, only the webui starts.
I remember something being said about this very problem, but I can't seem to find the topic anymore.
Does anyone have a suggestion? I am running Deluge 1.3.3 on Debian Squeeze.
