How to remove torrents after a period of time

Assume that I have a bunch of torrents that I started up (100), 10 complete fine but the next 10 take forever to download and blocks the other 80. Is it possible to automatically remove a torrent after a period of time if it isn't completed after it starts downloading?

under queue settings, you can enable the option to "Do not count slow torrents". This will make the slow torrent not counted into your Total Active count.
