I'm using the Windows Deluge to connect to a linux daemon. I see the sidepanel for this plugin but do not see the torrent submenu. How can I use this to force a torrent to move?

Move Tools cannot appears in the list, cannot activate the tick.
deluge-2.0b1-py2.7.egg, Classic Mode.
Win10 x64.
