Deluge stops downloading

Hello, I am experiencing a problem with Deluge. Sometimes when I download a large file, Deluge will stop downloading and gets 'stuck' during the download process. No error actually shows up but even though I am connected to seeds the file will not continue its download.
I already checked my firewall to confirm Deluge is not being blocked.
I am using Windows 7 64 bit, Intel i5-3570k @ 3.4ghz, and Deluge 1.3.5, libtorrent 0.15.10.0

Maybe try disabling random incoming ports in Deluge:
preferences | network | incoming ports | "disable..."
I'm no pro, but it seems to be a common recommendation in torrent forums, since it could bog down your router...makes it freeze up on some routers. If it doesn't help, you could always revert back at any time.
