move when finished

We all know that when you don't specify a download path it just downloads it to the standard set path. You can even tell deluge to move the file to another _standard_ folder when it's done downloading.
for exampe
path for temporary files: D:\temporary
path for downloaded files: D:\downloaded.
but if you specify a path when you start the download it saves the unfinished file in the path you provided, it skips the step of the temporary storage
What I would like, since I save most of my files on a NAS (Network Attached Storage, it's like an external harddrive connected on the network)
IT would be awesome if I specify a path to where I want to save the file, but as long as it's not finished, it puts the file in the temporary path, but when done move it to the final storage path. just like it moves the finished file to D:\downloaded
Did that make any sense at all?
