Slow at the end of downloading

Hello. I'm using Deluge with Windows 7 64bit. It's working flawlessly but it has a small issue. When downloading a torrent and it gets to about 98-99%, download speed starts dropping to around 10kb/s and it takes long to download this last 1-2 percents. How can I fix that ? Thanks.
