add extension for unfinished files

I would really like to see an option where you can tell deluge to add a custom extension to files that haven't downloaded yet. Since I'm usually downloading files to their final destination it would be great for those files showing that they are'nt fully downloaded.

As an example. all files that aren't finished yet is named filename.jpg.deluge and when it's finished it removes the extension and names the file to the original, filename.jpg

Since I have other software that scans through some of the final destination folders it would be great for that software to skip what isn't finished.
