install erreur first time launch on win xp sp2

sorry for my bad english ; i would to install deluge for the first time on my pc all is ok just at the first launch it appears an error
if someone can help me or say me what must i do it would be very cool
thanks a lot to all develloppers of this proggramm

unfortunately this is a common problem.
try installing ipv6, it sometimes helps.

Easiest way is to run cmd and enter:
netsh interface ipv6 install
You probably need the install disc, or it might ask for it. And a restart is required after installing it for it to take effect.
