Execute plugin error

I get this error reguardless of the script/program i get it to run.
59 Event handler TorrentFinishedEvent failed in <function event_handler at 0x0340ED30>

I added the patch from http://git.deluge-torrent.org/deluge/co ... 29bfcd03b1 hoping it might help but did not. Does anyone have any idea on what this problem is or how to correct it?

I should add that this is on a windows 2008 r2 server
