I know there are simple ways to startup deluge with windows, it's just a matter of copying the shortcut of deluge to C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

but I think a simple checkbox in deluge to startup with windows would be better.

Use the DelugeD so it will start the daemon..
