Copy your config and make sure your torrent data is on the same path and Deluge will pick it up again.

all the .conf (excluding the .conf~) files inside %APPDATA%\deluge\ ?

also, about "make sure your torrent data is on the same path", you mean to make sure that the paths listed in Preferences > Downloads are the same ?

by the way, I plan to use portable deluge in the future, to be able to move it easily, is there any precaution about this?

thanks!

The whole %APPDATA%\deluge\ folder is your config so just backup that.

Yes

I am not sure how up-to date their versions are. Deluge 1.3.5 is pretty portable as is (i.e. self contained), all you would need to do is modify the shortcut (-c option) to point to a portable location to store your config.
