downloads stop unless unlimited ups?

New to this forum, so any help would be appreciated.

This just started recently. When I try and download a torrent, everyone, even uploads will stop seeding unless uploading status is set to unlimited. I typically set my normal uploads between 50k and 150k, and that has seemed to work for years, now something has changed and I'm not sure if it's related to Deluge or the trackers or the sources or maybe even a port issue.

Any help would be appreciated, and let me know if you need more info.

Just more info added to this as there is no response to it yet.
I made sure I tried different trackers, sites, etc... movies, porn, tv, ..piratebay, private sites, etc..., still the same problem

And strangely, I did find a fix, though it doesn't answer the problem. I uninstalled deluge and installed utorrent. It fixed the problem. Therefore, the problem lies somewhere within deluge. Whether it's a bug or a setting that I somehow made, I don't know. Though I don't remember switching any settings until this started to happen.

I still like deluge as a client and the ui better, as of now, I'll use utorrent until I know if this is a fixable problem.
