PW protect deluge shortcuts in all programs list

Hi,
Apologies for being a no-brain computer illiterate but please help if you can...
I always use deluge and like it alot - I like the password protect option on the taskbar but it seems a shame that while deluge is password protected in the taskbar it is accessible without a password from the program list. Can this be resolved at all ? Basically I want a password prompt when I click on the deluge shortcut as well as when I click on the deluge taskbar icon.
Again apologies for my ineptitude and thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
