Web seed with Dropbox

I use Deluge 1.3.5 on SolusOS Linux and I would like to share a file using the web seed feature. I tried uploading a file on my Dropbox public folder and, creating a new torrent, putting the link in the web seed box (and tracker, obviously). The feature don't seem to work, trying to open torrent it show 0 fonts. Maybe I wrong some step? Thanks for your help.
