Deluge-daemn don't start on boot

hello I installed and deluge deluge-daemon, but I have a problem. if you start manually "/ etc / init.d / deluge-daemon" everything is fine, but if I try to launch it at boot time via a link in rc2.d not start. how can I check what's wrong?
