Deluge refuses to report my IPv6 to the tracker

I'm using ISATAP behind NAT by transmitting all the #41 data pack to my computer. My router is using the system of DD-WRT.
My system is Win7 x64. So if I run ipconfig, I'll get two IPv6 address
I tried to delete the first address, but it just regenerates by the system after few minutes.
And under this kind of situation, Deluge 1.3.5 just refuses to report my IPv6 address.
