Deluge blocks my internet access

Hello there.

I downloaded the new deluge release 0.5.8.7 and now my internet is blocked, even if i close deluge. I need to restart the pc to get net again. I've tried other programs that use torrents and they don't do that.
Can you help me?

turned out ESET Internet Security was messing with it all.
I don't know why only this time because i use it "when" deluge was working fine...
