Saving Torrents

Just switched from uTorrent after having a lot of problems and I am loving this so far. My only problem is this, and I'm wondering if I'm just missing how to do it.
In uTorrent, when I was dling a large group of torrents/magnets, they'd normally be going to the same place. Say I have my folders organized: A, B, C, and D. I generally update the files in these folders every month or so. When I do, I save all the first torrents into A. uTorrent preset it after the first save that the default save location for new torrents added was A. Then when I moved onto B, I'd simply change the save location to B, and all the next few torrents I added into the client were defaulted into B. This made it handy because I was only maneuvering through the save screens once per folder, rather than once per torrent. Hopefully I explained that clearly enough.
Basically, I'm just wondering if Deluge can do that. I feel like I might be missing it. uTorrent is set to do it by default. I'm just wondering if there's something I need to change. Any input would be greatly appreciated!
