I think this is the best place to ask my question.
First here are my versions.
Deluge - 1.3.3
Libtorrent - 0.15.7.0
Ubuntu 11.10

The Ubuntu built-in firewall 'ufw' is disabled.
My computer has a fixed ip address.
My router is forwarding ports to this ip address in the recommended range.
I am able to load torrent files and successfully download the data.
I am not about to make any upload connections or upload any data.
I'm getting the 'No Incoming Connections!' error.
When I try to 'Test Active Port' it fails.

I'm very excited about using this software.
Any help would be appreciated.
