Hello,

Just to know, does ToS work in windows? (better said, what i have to do to get it enabled, in case it works?).
My Byte ToS settings its at 0x02 (also tried other valies), restarted deluge, but wireshark still says in all services, DSCP: 0x00, differentiante services field (ToS): 0x00.

Using deluge 1.3.3

PD: DisableUserTOSSetting its already set to 0 in windows registry

Nevermind, fixed, do this. No need to use deluge ToS function.
