Moving .torrent Files?

I run a few Linux servers with deluged and deluge-console, now and then I copy across files with rsync. Before moving with rsync I "Move Storage" on the files I want to move, so that I know the files are 100% complete and I'm not copying half-finished files.
The problem is when it comes to the .torrent files I have to copy all of them from /home/user/.config/deluge/state, this includes all .torrent files, even those that I haven't yet copied from one server to the other.
Is there anyway around this? I basically need to move the .torrent files that are associated with certain files to a new directory.
Cheers
