Need help with Deluge

I need help with Deluge regarding is it possible to turn off hash check for torrents I uploads to websites that I own. Also I running the latest version of Deluge which is 1.3.3 & on running this on Windows XP Home SP3 32bit?

with current version not. in future versions that feature will be supported

oh i see thanks I guess I will wait then. Also just to add my problem, it add folder every time I download a torrent, so how do I disable this?
