Deluge uninstaled but connections persist.

Operating system: Windows XP
Deluge version: unknown, software uninstalled
GTK lib version: unknown, software uninstalled

I had to uninstall deluge, was eating up all bandwidth of the computer that it had installed on. Limiting all connections i was able to find to 10 did not help. After uninstalling i entered my router info and found what you can see on attached screenshot.
I tried restarting router, computer and removing every bit of deluge or gtk i found. Did not help.
What are those connections and how do i get rid of them.
Attaching screenshot of my router "map " page.
Only computers that had deluge have those connections listed.

Have you checked for any deluge processes running on that computer?

Did you install a new torrent client using the same ports?

I did not install any torrent clients after uninstalling deluge.

Solved. For all interested in future
The entries on a long list were simply port forwarding rules on my router.
Apparently during deluge install or operation those ports get open, rules are created and never erased.
I entered Pirelli router configuration and erasd them manually: Security -> Port forwarding -> erase entries.

I have the same problem...
I've tried everything. My router isn't forwarding anything. I've even made a complete reset of the router, still all the connections are made.
