This doesn't happen with all my file just some of them.
Deluge 1.3.3
Client Version: 1.3.3
Libtorrent Version: 0.15.6.0
OS Win 7
Plugins Enabled
Console
Web Browser Firefox
Filesystem ntfs
Installation Type exe off your site
