I have deluge set to download to torrent incomplete folder. Instead it seems it saves to profile. What is really weird is sometimes it saves to profile folder and sometimes it saves to my torrent incomplete folder.I am guessing I dont have something set right?

Using Deluge 1.32
Win 7 ultimate 64 bit

You will need to enable logging to investigate this. Are you using any plugins like Label or Autoadd?
