can someone guide me how to increase max cache value - above 99999

i have seen screenshots people doing this but i havent seen how-to

i understand deluge needs to be recompiled but i was not able to find out what needs to be edited

Have you tried setting the cache_size in deluge-console? I don't think a limit is set there.
