Errno2 - Non existent directory

I had use Deluge with standard Ubuntu 10.010 Maverick in the last months with no problems, two weeks ago it stops to download anything.
I had unistall Deluge and delete the .config directory the reinstall last version first time via "ubuntu Software center" second time via Synaptic Package Manager, unfortunately now I unable to create new torrent download.
I receive Errno2 error , file or directory do not exist


I'm using default settings in preferences ,

Thanks , now I'm able to add the download, unfortunately download does not start i guess because all ports are closed and test fails...
