uPnP doesn't work, can't seed unless I'm the only one

Hello, I have deluge 1.3.2 installed on my debian server. Everything works fine, except I can't hardly ever seed.
I can't seed even when it shows there are peers trying to connect to me. The "connections" box at the bottom goes from 0 to 5 every few seconds, but no one ever connects.
I opened up my router's page, I'm on dd-wrt, and it said it had no uPnP ports open.
So I went into deluge and told it don't use random ports, and use from 6881 - 6889, then opened those ports in my router. Nothing.
I then nmapped myself locally and publicly, and it doesn't show any port from 6881 to 6889 open.
I have everything enabled except for DHT because it overloaded my router.

Any help at this point would be appreciated. Thank you.

I have to assume then that you also have a status bar warning: "No Incoming Connections!" so it comes do to fixing your router and/or network:
