Deluge 1.2.3 (approved for The Box.bz)

Deluge seems to be running, shows as much in the Task Manager, but I can't get the actual window showing what's going on to go full screen.

Suggestions?

We only support that latest versions of Deluge (1.3.2 as of this post) however there are a lot of threads in the windows forum about this kind of issue and possible fixes.
