Socks5 Proxy stopped Working

I am having a weird issue.

For the last year i have been using the socks 5 proxy btguard.com with deluge with no problem. Last month it stopped working. I loaded u Torrent up on my windows laptop with the proxy information and it is working fine. I have tried reentering all the proxy information. I have completely uninstalled deluge and reinstalled it. I have tried using the proxies IP instead of the DNS name. I ran the deluged -d -L debug but I am struggling to determine what is wrong. Does any one have an idea on how to troubleshoot this?

Proxy details are handled by libtorrent so you should make sure you have the latest 0.15.x version. Otherwise you can visit #libtorrent on Freenode or report a bug on the libtorrent issues page
