Seeding multiple .torrents with one file...

I've searched this topic without resolution, and I'm hoping for a definitive answer one way or the other on if this is possible with Deluge.

The scenario:

A file is downloaded via .torrent in Deluge and downloads to 100% completion. At that point, it begins seeding. Pretty standard situation; however, when I attempt to add another .torrent for the exact same file from a different tracker it will not seed using that file. I 'move storage' on the second .torrent to the completed download path for the finished download, but after inputting the completed download path and hitting OK the change does not take effect. I am not able to seed two torrents using the exact same file.

In this situation you can normally edit the tracker list to include both trackers, but the sites that I use are all private trackers, and editing of the tracker list is not allowed / supported.

Is this is a choice by design or is there something I am doing wrong?

Don't use move storage - move storage will fail if a file of the same name exists in the destination directory.
You need to specify the completed download path in the add torrent dialog.
As long as the files have the same name, it will start checking the file and then start seeding.
