Deluge
hi, i'm in a country where the political situation regarding the use of torrent, IP rights, etc. is starting to get pretty fuzzy.
I am curious about the state of the SSL protocol being used in deluge, and if there is the potential to use your own certificates or signing and still be kosher with the greater torrent community.
Is there any ability to change the base SSL hash, or to sign it with domestic authorities or that kind of thing?
