Remembering share ratio

Hi,
I'm wondering if there is a way to get deluge to remember your share ratio between restarts. I have it running on a home server which I restart a lot because I'm frequently experimenting with it. I'd like to use the feature that automatically removes seeding torrents upon reaching the specified share ratio, but if I restart the program it resets my share ratio. This isn't the end of the world, I do love sharing, but it's a little annoying. If there's no way to do this, I'd be interested in writing a plugin to handle this functionality, in which case, I was hoping someone might be able to point me toward the appropriate resources to do learn to do so (I can code, I'm just not familiar with deluge plugins)
