DELUGE 1.3.1 Problem

[NETVIRUS]

I have instaled deluge 1.3.1 but when i execute the program it shows in the taskbar and i cant enter in the window
I have instaled gtk2-runtime-2.22.0-2010-10-21-ash and python-2.7
The program works but i cant see the page only the icon on the taskbar in windows

i have windows 7 ultimate 32 bits


any help guys???

Not happen....still the error
