Windows 7 classic mode restores just header of Deluge

I have somewhere about problem with Deluge 1.3.1 on Windows 7 32-bit.
When Deluge works while Windows Aero is enabled ("best view" option in system options) all right, but when I've changed to "maximum performance" and Windows changed to classical-mode then if Deluge is gone down to right-bottom taskbar by clicking "X" (close Windows) you can't restore it - restores just header of Deluge-window
Clicking "_" and restoring back Deluge-window works fine.
