The solution for me right now is kill deluge process. Only when I need to manage my torrents, I will run the deluge service. Once I am done for the day, I will kill the deluge process again. Cause you only need deluged (daemon) to run in the background for downloading/uploading.

I had another go since the cpu bug in libtorrent that was fixed just prior to last week and i am experiencing 80% cpu usage will deluge.
