Hey,
I am using the new 1.3.0 and deluge-web on a ubuntu server. The web interface looks good, but I can not change a lot of settings.. Some of them do work, but others just return to normal.. I have changed folder locations, and that worked fine, but when I try to change the inbound port, it changes it back to the default port. I checked out /home/<user>/.config/deluge/core.conf and web.conf and I can see the settings and change them manually, but if I restart deluge it changes them back.

ok, I have figured it out... you have to change it with the up/down arrows... Very disappointed by this

Well, I'm glad it's a known issue and that there is a relatively easy fix. I have the same issue and was wondering WTF!

I will keep an eye on the bug report.
