Is it possible to have Deluge take over incomlete uTorrent downloads?

I have been forced, for now, to abandon uTorrent because of conflicts with my firewall. I have a very slow, almost complete download that I don't want to have to start over.

Yes, just make sure you point it to the same file/folder location, it should recheck and start from mostly where it left off in utorrent... reason being if there were incomplete chunks it'll have to restart those chunks but not the entire torrent by far.
