seed uploaded torrents

hey,
i've uploaded some files via ftp to my seedbox and I want to start seeding them,
before I could just put them in the downloading folder, start the torrent and deluge would automatically check,
but I can't use force recheck now because I'm on ratio watch on the tracker, and the tracker won't let me download anything,
how can I start seeding the uploaded torrents without force recheck? how can I set them to 100% in deluge,
(I have the torrent files on my PC, I just wanted them to upload to my seedbox to seed faster and get my ratio back up)
